Are the Super Hoist Products Work Cover Approved?


Yes most of our products are Work Cover approved, allowing them to be safely used in the work or home environment.

Does Super Hoist Plus supply spare parts?


Spare parts are available. All you need to do is contact your nearest Super Hoist Plus distributor and enquire. If the parts are not readily available, they can be sourced apon request.


Is it possible to get Hoist Installers?


Hoist Installers contract their work out the Super Hoist Plus, ask your nearest distributor for contact details for Installers. We strongly recommend installers are used.


Are the Super Hoist products available in single and 3 phase?


Most hoists are available in both single and 3 phase. Ask your consultant regarding these particular requirements.

What is the required concrete thickness for Super Hoist Plus Products?


Our products in most cases require a concrete thickness of 4 inches or 150mm, depending on the product you may purchase.


Can product be shipped Australia Wide?


With distributors in each state, Super Hoist Plus is able to ship anywhere in Australia.

What is the difference between asymmetric and symmetric arms?


Symmetric arms straight and open outwards, and allow vehicles to be positioned on the hoist 50% in front and 50% behind. Whereas asymmetric arms, where one arm is straight and one slightly bent, these allow vehicles on a hoist to be positioned 30% in front and 70% behind.

Are Two Post Hoists available with symmetric arms?


Two Post Hoists are available with symmetric arms, depending on the stock levels of your nearest distributor. Please ask your consultant if they are able to order these or have any available.

Are Super Hoist Products available in other Colours?


Yes our hoists and other products are available in other colours, apon special request.

Does Super Hoist Plus have Warranty for product?


Yes we have 12 month conditional warranty on hydraulics and electrical and there is a five yeat warranty on structure.

What Oil is best used in Super Hoist Plus products?


We suggest that hoists run on  Valvoline Ultramax 32 or equivalent.
